'It's up to her to look after herself': Braith Anasta breaks his silence on ex-wife Jodi Anasta after the Neighbours star was forced on three weeks leave due to exhaustion
Jodi Anasta (née Gordon) recently sparked fears for her well-being, after Neighbours executives told her to take 'a three-week break' from the show due to 'exhaustion'.
And now the 34-year-old's ex-husband, Braith Anasta, 37, has weighed in on her progress.
The former rugby league footballer says he is taking care of their five-year-old daughter Aleeia.

'It's up to her (Jodi) to look after herself,' he told Confidential on Monday.

'I look after Aleeia and whatever Jodi's got to do she's got to do. I've got my own family to worry about. As long as Aleeia is taken care of that's all that matters.'
The former couple, who were married between 2012 and 2015, co-parent Aleeia, however she lives with her father and his partner Rachael Lee in Sydney while Jodi works in Melbourne.

It comes after Jodi's manager Sean Anderson claimed that his client's sudden hiatus from Neighbours was prompted by 'exhaustion'.
'She's just having a rest. She's exhausted so she's taking three weeks off,' Sean told the Herald Sun after Channel 10 announced her three-week hiatus from filming.
He added: 'She's living between two cities, she's also a single mum and there are challenges that come with it.'

Sean denied claims that Jodi had been forgetting her lines and showing up late to work in recent weeks.
Earlier this year, Jodi spoke of the difficulties she was experiencing working in Melbourne and flying to Sydney to see her daughter.
In March, she told the The Daily Telegraph how much she misses Aleeia when she's filming Neighbours during the week.
