On the day of PM Narendra Modi’s swearing-in for the second time, and all eyes were on stage to find out who were the new council of ministers in the new government. It was evident that the new Modi Cabinet will have plenty of new faces. The Parliament is in its Budget session, and here are some former ministers without their past clouts in India’s seat of democracy.
