Extraordinary footage shows rival gangs smashing up a Sydney café - just hours after the groups were involved in wild knife fight outside a Westfield shopping centre
- A huge fight between more than 10 men saw two groups clash at a shisha cafe
- Men are seen throwing tables and chairs before one man is punched from behind
- Police confirmed that the fight was linked to a brawl on Monday in Parramatta
Confronting footage has captured several men smoking shisha and playing chess at a cafe before another group entered and a wild brawl erupted.
The violent display took place at a cafe in Auburn, western Sydney, on June 18 at 8.30pm after a dozen men entered the business and clashed with a rival group.
The fight is linked to an alleged knife fight outside a Westfield on Monday that saw eight men charged along with another at Parramatta court house earlier that day, according to NSW Police.
Several men dressed in track suits and another in shorts and a t-shirt can be seen ripping tables and chairs away from innocent bystanders enjoying their evening.
The dining equipment was then hurled towards the other group while customers try to escape from the conflict.
The two groups then closed the distance and started directly throwing punches with one man appearing to take a hard hit to the head from behind as he was backing away from another man.
Shortly after the group split and ran towards a car park along Auburn road.

Only two of the men involved, aged 19 and 21, were arrested and police are now appealing for information to track to the others.
The 19-year-old was charged with three counts of affray, use of offensive weapon in company with intent to commit an indictable offence, armed with intent to commit indictable offence and wield knife in a public place and was refused bail.
The 21-year-old man who was only charged with affray was granted bail.
