Bengaluru: BMTC old passes valid till July 8

BENGALURU: The Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has extended the validity for last year’s concessional student bus passes till July 8, while advising students to get their new smartcards as early as possible.
Students can apply for passes on BMTC website www.mybmtc.com. Passes are being printed or renewed in 15 locations through 50 counters.
As on Monday, BMTC has received 76,700 applications and issued 21,600 student passes. This is the third time the BMTC has extended the deadline for student passes this year.
