Another cold front is expected to hit the Western Cape, bringing with it rain and low temperatures on Tuesday.

A gale force north-westerly wind of 65-90km/h is expected between Cape Point and Cape Agulhas, according to the South African Weather Service.

The weather in your region

It will be fine and cold in Gauteng. The expected UVB sunburn index will be moderate.

Mpumalanga will be fine and cold, but cool in the Lowveld.

The Eastern Cape is expected to be cool to cold. Otherwise, it will be fine, becoming partly cloudy. The wind along the coast will be strong.

It will be fine and cool, but cold in places over the interior of KwaZulu-Natal. The wind along the coast will be moderate. The expected UVB sunburn index will be moderate.
