OPPO is gearing up to launch a new 6GB RAM variant of its mid-range offering OPPO F11 smartphone in India. The younger sibling of OPPO F11 Pro that went for sale in the country in May is currently available with only 4GB RAM option for Rs 17,990. However, 91mobiles has learned from retail sources that the company is making an upgrade to the handset’s memory department. The OPPO F11 will soon be available with 6GB RAM option, accompanied by the same 128GB onboard storage available on the 4GB RAM version, at a price of Rs 19,990 in the country. Apart from this, every other specification of the phone remains the same.

OPPO F11 specifications

To jog down your memory, the OPPO F11 ships with a 48-megapixel primary sensor paired with a 5-megapixel depth-sensing lens and LED flash on the rear. The front camera features a 16-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling. The cameras are backed by AI Ultra-clear Engine, Ultra Night Mode, Dazzle Colour Mode, AI Scene Recognition, and more.

The phone sports a 6.5-inch full-HD+ display with a small cut-out up top, which is home to the selfie camera. Powered by the MediaTek Helio P70 chipset, the smartphone features 128GB storage that is further expandable up to 256GB by adding a microSD card. The F11 runs Android 9 Pie-based ColorOS 6 to take care of the software side of things. A whopping 4,020mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging tech fuels the handset. Other features include a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and connectivity options include 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Lastly, the OPPO F11 comes in Fluorite Purple, Jewelry White, and Marble Green colours.
