Shah added that the leaders should inform people that various Central scheme results were not being implemented in the state by the state government.
The BJP is targeting 36 lakh members in the state from the existing 18 lakh members in the state.
The party is roping in as many as 8,000 leaders of various cadres right from the state level to mandal level.
They have instructed each leader to get 50 new members by dedicating atleast one week for membership drive.

While there are 32,000 electoral booths in the state, about 2,000 polling booths do not have any members. It has been decided by the party that no booth should be left without a BJP member.
