According to the Stuff website, New Zealand's jersey for their attempt to win a hat-trick of titles at the tournament in Japan in September was unveiled in Auckland on Monday.
It features a round black collar. The All Blacks logo is over the heart, with sponsor adidas moving to the middle of the chest to accommodate the World Cup logo.
New Zealand's 1987, 2011 and 2015 victories are noted on the right sleeve.
Tournament rules don't allow the All Blacks main sponsor, AIG, featuring on the jersey.
The jersey has been designed to reflect both New Zealand and Japanese cultures.
All Blacks captain Kieran Read said: "We're all really excited ahead of the Rugby World Cup in Japan. It's always special pulling on the All Blacks jersey, and to wear one that has used our culture to inspire the design will be especially cool. On behalf of the team, I want to thank the Y-3 team for all their work on the jersey."
