The princess, 41, looked effortlessly stylish in a white button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up as she gave out prizes at the Elegance et Automobile Monte-Carlo contest in the palace square.
The former South African Olympic swimmer paired the simple look with a chunky dark brown crocodile belt and matching chocolate-coloured stilettos.
Charlene, who married Prince Albert II in 2011, wore her short blonde locks in a relaxed wavy style and kept her makeup to a minimum.

The mother-of-two looked relaxed in the heat, which peaked at 91.4F (33C) in the tiny country earlier today.
Charlene was born in Zimbabwe but her parents moved to South Africa when she was 12 years old. She competed for South Africa in the Olympics and won three gold medals at the swimming World Cup in 2002.
Prince Albert and Charlene met in 2000 and went public with their relationship in 2006.

An event description on the club's website reads: 'It is the result of a strong commitment to renaissance, by ACM, in order to exhibit the most exceptional antique and vintage cars, as well as to make sure that they parade in front of a public of enthusiasts, a bit like top-models on the catwalk during Paris Fashion Week.'
The cars on show at the event, which takes place between June 27 and June 30, are pre-war (1930-1940), post-war (1950-60) and contemporary.
A panel of judges inspected the cars in both static and dynamic positions at the Place du Casino before deciding the overall winners.
