The Pakistan cricket fans have been one of the prime highlights at the ongoing World Cup. They have been trolled on the internet and at the same time, many supporters have also garnered appreciation for showing sportsman spirit.

On Wednesday during Pakistan’s clash against New Zeland, which the Asian side won by six wickets, several Pakistani fans stayed back after the match and were seen collecting trash from the Edgbaston stands. This was a refreshing sight as fans normally rush to the streets to celebrate their team’s victory but these supporters set an example for the ones who litter.

Recently Egyptian fans did the same after their African Cup of Nations fixture. Japan and Senegal supporters were also seen cleaning the stadium after their FIFA World Cup match during the previous edition in 2018.

Pakistan after making a harrowing start have managed to return to winning ways. The Sarfaraz Ahmed-led side have secured consecutive victories against South Africa and New Zealand and now have given themselves a slender chance to make it to the knockout stages.
