Plus Offices, one of the fastest growing players in the Indian coworking space, has launched its second phase of in the Sector 67 facility in Gurgaon which is now open for coworking and customized workplace solutions specially tailored for SMBs and growth bound startups. Spread over a massive 100,000 square feet space in Gurgaon’s sector 67, this coworking space provides not just state of the art infrastructure but also gives access to 100+ global mentors through its ‘Mentor Plus’ program.
The first facility by Plus Offices was launched 2018 in sector 44 which currently hosts around 800 coworkers that includes 20+ Startups and 5 SMBs such as Mercer Mettl, Cars24 and Unicommerce.
The second facility by Plus Offices at sector 67 in the current phase 1, host about 300 coworkers that include around 100 startups. The second phase of the facility is now opening for customized and managed workplaces options for growth startups and SMBs. Plus offices has so far raised 2 Million USD from angel investors and is looking to raise another 5-10 million USD by 2020 to be fueled into growth planning and expansion into new regions in India.
