The special court for Protection of Children from Sexual Offences, Ernakulam, has convicted Chandrasekharan, 63, of Irumbanam for sexually harassing a three-year-old child at a nursery school.
The court sentenced him to 10 years imprisonment, besides imposing a fine of ₹20,000. The court also slapped a fine of ₹10,000 on Shiny, a teacher at the school, for covering up information on sexual harassment.
