Jeep Compass Trailhawk Price Revealed at ₹26.8 lakh (ex-showroom)

As you know from the title the price of Jeep India’s Compass Trailhawk has been finally revealed which is almost ₹3.7 lakh expensive than the Jeep Compass Limited Plus 4×4, which is also the top of the line variant of the Jeep Compass. It will be sold in all the available touch points in India at ₹26.8 lakh (ex-showroom, Pan India). Well, the expensive price tag offers a ton of features that makes it a proper SUV capable of going off-road. The Jeep Compass Trailhawk’s price tag fares it against the likes of Ford Endeavour and Toyota Fortuner.

The Jeep Compass Trailhawk runs on the BS VI compliant 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo diesel Multijet II engine which produces 170 horses and 350Nm of peak torque which is mated to a new 9-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. Jeep’s Active Drive Low-range 4WD system makes it even more engaging to go off road trailing. Apart from that, it has got all the works like the Rock drive mode for Selec-Terrain 4WD system, Hill Descent Control, heavy-duty off-road suspension among others.

Coming to its exteriors, it has got 17-inch all-terrain tyres, underbody skid plates, black painted anti-glare bonnet decals to mitigate the sunlight reflection from the driver’s eyesight, a sporty blacked out trim on its grille. Also, on the inside, the Trailhawk gets all black leather seats, red accents on the dashboard, all weather floor mats, red recovery shade. The Trailhawk’s meant for proper off-roading capabilities, with this in mind they have also increased its ground clearance by 27mm from the Jeep Compass and has improved water wading depth to 480mm, 72mm more than the standard. You can even notice the approach and departure angle of the Jeep Compass Trailhawk change with its newly designed front and rear bumpers.
