NEET UG 2019: Lecture in Mumbai today for medical admission

NAVI MUMBAI: Director of directorate of medical education and research, Padamshree (recipient) , Dr Tatyarao Lahane will address students in Navi Mumbai on the complete procedure online medical admission to students who have cleared this year's NEET examination seeking admission to medical colleges in the state on Wednesday at Satrah Plaza in the evening at 4.00 pm.
Registration was from June 24-26. Admission that involves several procedure and paper works will start from Wednesday. The lecture organised by NGO—Marathi foundation, Kharghar will help some 10,000 students of the city who have cleared the examination. Mangesh Ranawade, chairman of the foundation said, "we collected data from all the education and training institutions from the city and got a count of the successful students. This year the cut off score for NEET has jumped by 15 marks, which is an indication that admissions will get tougher. Students who scored 119 and above were eligible for medical admission, while this year the cut off is 134 marks."
