US Man Who Raped, Beheaded Chinese Student Gets Convicted 2 Years Later
Prosecutors said the accused took the victim to his apartment, where she fought for her life as he struck her over the head with a baseball bat, raped her and stabbed her in the neck before cutting off her head.
The accused raped the Chinese student in 2017 and her body was never found.
