Furthermore, Samsung is also reported to be working on an entry-level tablet that could be powered by the Snapdragon 429 chipset. It is expected to pack an 8-inch display, run on Android 9 Pie OS, 2GB of RAM and 32GB storage. The tablet is said to arrive in multiple variants such as SM-T295, SM-T295C, SM-T295N and SM-T297. Separately, Samsung launched two new tablets, the Galaxy Tab S5e and Galaxy Tab A 10.1, in India. While the latter is an affordable offering with a 10.1-inch screen and Exynos 7904 SoC, the former is slightly more premium with S-AMOLED display, 16:10 aspect ratio, Snapdragon 670 SoC and 4GB of RAM. Both the tablets run on Android 9.0 Pie and have optional LTE connectivity. The Galaxy Tab S5e supports DeX, packs metal body and is also just 5.5mm thick.
