Cape Town - Queen Elizabeth II had an unexpected brush with a Japanese musician - when his scarf blew into her path and landed on her shoulder.

Actress Gillian Anderson, who was among the guests in the royal box at the polo on Sunday, could not hide her shock as watched it all unfold. The queen hardly noticed but the moment was captured on camera.
