Coronation Street is rumoured to be filming scenes that will see Gemma Winter going into labour while on holiday in North Wales.
The ITV soap star, played by Dolly-Rose Campbell, was stunned to be told earlier this year she is expecting quadruplets with ex-boyfriend, Chesney Brown, played by Sam Aston.
And in scenes believed to be set in Llandudno in the coming weeks, it is understood the character will go into labour while in a cable car over the Great Orme.
However, scenes are not expected to be aired until the end of the year.
A breaking news statement published on the Coronation Street Spoilers and News Facebook page, said: "Gemma Winter will go into labour whilst 80ft in the air in a cable car.
"Gemma will give birth to one baby in the back of an ambulance, whilst the other 3 babies will safely be delivered at hospital.
"The scenes will be filmed later this summer in Llandudno, with the scenes airing on screen in December."

The kebab shop worker and barmaid has already been warned by doctors about the risks the pregnancy could bring, including a premature birth or a misscarriage.
The pair were advised to consider terminating some of the babies to give the others a better chance of survival, but they couldn't bring themselves to do it.
Commenting on the post published on the spoilers and news page, that is followed by more than 100,000 fans, one user wrote: "Best comedy going!"

Another, said: "That will be hilarious, I love Corrie when it's light hearted and funny.
But some slammed the show for its "ridiculous" stories, with one user commenting: "Most women pregnant with quads would always go up in a cable car around their due date... NOT!!"
However, a Corrie fan from Llandudno, arguing against the "ridiculous" storyline added: "I live in Llandudno and there are easily 4-5 woman a year giving birth on them cable cars."
The storyline will come after another bombshell for the character, when her estranged mum, Bernie Winter, played by Manchester actress Jane Hazlegrove, moves to live on the street in July.
North Wales Live has approached Coronation Street on the rumoured storyline, but the soap has declined to comment.
