On Monday, the pair had their bail varied by Waverley Local Court so they can holiday in Bali, despite facing drug-related charges, The Daily Telegraph reported.

The two women were among 55 people who were charged during a three-week anti-drug sting by NSW Police Strike Force Northrop.

Over three weekends in May plain clothed officers carried out arrests on suspected drug suppliers in the eastern Sydney suburbs of Coogee, Bondi and Paddington.

On Monday, the court heard the officer in charge of the sweeping police operation that charged the duo 'was not supportive' of letting them go on holiday.

However, both women were still granted permission to visit the popular Aussie tourism hotspot while their matters progress through the legal system.

As part of the bail variation, both women have provided a surety of $5,000.

At the time of their arrest, police said the pair were in possession of cocaine, cannabis and $26,000 in cash.

As Elali was led away by police she told an officer: 'I really don't appreciate this'.

Detectives also allege they found drugs and a number of mobile phones in a hidden compartment in the car.
