Lenovo Z6 confirmed to feature Snapdragon 730, Game Turbo tech

Qualcomm announced its Snapdragon 730 and 730G processors back in April this year. The Snapdragon 730 is an 8nm processor that comes equipped with Kryo 470 Octa-core CPU, along with an Adreno 618 GPU. It supports triple camera setups that can handle a single 48MP sensor, along with multi-frame noise reduction. In addition, the chip supports Apt-X adaptive codec, employs the fourth-gen Qualcomm AI engine, is Wi-Fi 6 ready, and is capable of supporting 4K video recording at 60 fps in portrait mode. The processor also brings a Tensor Accelerator, which, along with the Hexagon 688 DSP, is said to deliver 2X faster AI processor as compared to the Snapdragon 710, as per Qualcomm. 

Coming back to the Lenovo Z6, not much has been revealed about the smartphone so far. It is expected to sport a triple rear camera setup and is rumoured to come equipped with a 4000mAh battery. It is confirmed to come equipped with Game Turbo tech, which is a tool that aids in delivering an ‘enhanced’ gaming performance. It does so by clearing background processes and freeing up some memory.
