Sensex opens marginally higher; Nifty nears 11,750 mark
The key Indian equity market indices on Monday opened marginally higher thanks to IndusInd Bank and Larsen & Toubro. Auto stocks were the biggest drags. Sensex rose 50 points, or 0.13 per cent, to 39,244 with IndusInd Bank, Bharti Airtel, Larsen & Toubro, Asian Paints, and TCS being the biggest gainers. Nifty50 index added 13 points, or 0.1 per cent, to 11,737.
