The new boss of an historic pub has revealed the date it will reopen following a revamp.
Tal-y-Cafn in the Conwy Valley - which was reopened after six years in 2016 after a £1m rennovation - closed in May.
But this month the owner of The Toad pub in Rhos-on-Sea Peter Hammond revealed he had signed a lease to take on the site.
A revamp then started which has seen the outside re-painted to look like a "proper country pub" while changes to the interior are now being carried out.
This week they announced that the pub would reopen on Wednesday July 3.

They are also seeking additional staff with a recruitment day taking place this Sunday from 1pm to 3pm.
Mr Hammond, who has run The Toad for 14 years, told North Wales Live that the feedback so far to the changes had been very positive.
He said: "We have had people coming in to look around and I've been happy to speak to them to tell everyone what is happening, we have had the doors open so people can have a look.
"They like the new colour, we want to look like a proper country pub, with a homely feel.
"This needs to be somewhere local people and visitors to the area can come for a pint or for a three course meal."
Tal-y-Cafn was bought from Punch Taverns by EPM-UK after its closure in 2010.
They spent £1m on a renovation of the 200-year-old building before opening it again in 2016.
