Rotary Club of Vizag Couples has completed the ‘colouring of 64 houses along the hill slopes near Hanumanthawaka Junction, as part of its service project. The houses, painted with vibrant colours, are now an attraction for motorists and passers-by, club president V. Srinivasa Rao said.
Renovation work
The club has also undertaken the renovation and plantation work at ‘Kailasa Bhoomi’ in the Sector-11 of MVP Colony. It has provided concrete dust bins at all five cremation chambers and instruction boards. It has also arranged to provide additional municipal water tap connections for the place and built an additional sump for water storage.
Rotary District governor G. Viswanath, assistant governor K. Seshu Babu, Community Services directors Supraja and Subodh Kumar participated.
