CORRECTION: AS VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA 2019 financial calendar

Correction: The Management Board of AS VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA (the “Company”) presently estimates that it will be possible to distribute the Company’s unaudited consolidated financial statement for the 6 months of 2019 around the time of publishing the 2018 audited annual consolidated and standalone financial statements (please refer to the respective announcement here) and not by August 30, 2019, as previously anticipated.

Therefore, the Company informs that the financial results for 2019 are scheduled for release on the following dates:

• First 3 months unaudited consolidated financial information (ending March 31) - around the time of publishing the 2018 audited annual consolidated and standalone financial statements;
• 6-month unaudited consolidated financial statement (ending June 30) - around the time of publishing the 2018 audited annual consolidated and standalone financial statements;
• 9-month unaudited consolidated financial information (ending September 30) - on November 29, 2019.
