‘South coastal road lacks green clearance’

MUMBAI: South coastal road does not have environmental clearance, petitioners told the Bombay high court, which on Monday commenced hearings in PILs challenging the project.
A division bench of Chief Justice Pradeep Nandrajog and Justice Nitin Jamdar heard arguments from petitioners, who said that environmental clearance was required.
