AHMEDABAD: Several parts of Ahmedabad received heavy rainfall on Tuesday morning.
According to Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) -
Gujarat, the depression over the northeast Arabia Sea, which has weakened into a well-marked low-pressure area over the northeast Arabian Sea and adjoining Saurashtra and Kutch, has triggered rainfall in Ahmedabad.
According to the MeT department forecast, other parts of Gujarat too, including the districts in Saurashtra and Kutch region in are also likely to get rainfall. Gujarat will be under an active wet spell on Tuesday. The maximum temperature is likely to settle around 35°C.
Ahmedabad experienced 18.72mm rainfall on Monday till 4pm, according to data provided by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC).
