Iran oil minister says oil market is 'fragile and unstable' LONDON: The global oil market is "unstable and fragile", Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh told Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak in a meeting in Tehran, Iran state broadcaster IRIB said on Monday.

"We discussed the global oil markets and I said the market is highly manipulated by political agendas," Zanganeh was quoted as saying by IRIB.
