Launched back in May in India, Nokia 3.2 (Review) and Nokia 4.2 (Review) smartphones have now received a limited time Rs 500 discount in the country. Both the budget smartphones were initially unveiled at the MWC 2019 back in February. The new price cut brings the 2GB RAM + 16GB variant of the Nokia 3.2 price down to Rs 8,490 from Rs 8,990, while the 3GB + 32GB will be available at Rs 10,290 instead of the original Rs 10,790. Similarly, the Nokia 4.2 3GB + 32GB is now up for grabs at Rs 10,490. The latest price cut is valid until June 30th on the Nokia website and Flipkart, so if you were planning on getting these phones, now is your chance.
Furthermore, users’ buying from the Nokia 3.2 and 4.2 from Nokia India site before June 30th are also eligible for a one-time screen replacement through Servify. Additionally, Idea and Vodafone users receive a Rs 2,500 instant cashback in the form of Rs 50 vouchers. These vouchers can be redeemed on recharge of Rs 199 and above. Both the handsets come with a dedicated Assistant button and are a part of the AndroidOne program.
Nokia 4.2 specifications
To recall, the Nokia 4.2 packs a 5.71-inch HD+ display with 1,520 x 720 pixels resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio, 2.5D curved glass display and a waterdrop notch to accommodate the selfie snapper. It comes powered by the Snapdragon 439 octa-core processor with Adreno 505 GPU. The handset is available in two variants − 2GB RAM + 16GB and 3GB RAM + 32GB onboard storage. It runs Android 9.0 Pie and rock glass back.
As for optics, the Nokia 4.2 features a dual-camera setup on the back with 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth unit for the portrait shots. On the front, the Nokia 4.2 gets an 8MP shooter for selfies. There is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Connectivity features include dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS. A 3,000mAh built-in battery fuels the phone.

The Nokia 3.2 gets a relatively larger 6.26-inch display with a resolution of 720 x 1,520 pixels and 19:9 aspect ratio. The handset is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 429 processor coupled with Adreno 504 GPU. The Nokia 3.2 comes in two RAM and storage configurations – 2GB + 16GB and 3GB + 32GB. However, the latter variant is only equipped with a fingerprint sensor for security. There’s a 13-megapixel primary shooter at the rear with an LED flash and a 5-megapixel selfie snapper. There is a 4,000mAh battery on board.
