Weather forecast

Much of Wales will be rather cloudy at first. Showery rain will reach southern areas from around midday and spread northeastwards later. The best of the sunshine will be in the northwest, where it will stay dry and become warm. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

The evening will be mostly dry but cloud will increase overnight. Rain is likely in the early hours, perhaps heavy at times, particularly in the southeast. Minimum temperature 11 °C.
