The fourth phase of DDA’s e-auction for the disposal of over 200 residential, commercial and industrial plots is set to start from June 25.

Under this phase, 80 residential, 50 industrial, 32 commercial and 50 institutional plots are on offer.

In a first, around 100 locations suitable for the installation of mobile towers have also been identified.

The online registration process, which started on June 3, will close on Friday.

The first e-auction under this phase will be conducted on June 25 for residential and institutional plots.

The base price for residential plots range from over ₹81,000 for a plot in Rohini to over ₹14 lakh for one in New Kondli.

At Chittaranjan Park, however, the base price starts at over ₹1 crore while the highest is ₹3.02 crore.

E-auction for industrial and commercial plots will be conducted on June 26.
