Correction: The Management Board of AS VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA (the “Company”) presently estimates that the 2018 audited annual consolidated and standalone financial statements are anticipated to be distributed by September 16, 2019. Please also refer to the respective announcement here. Also, it is anticipated that it will be possible to distribute the Company’s unaudited consolidated financial information for the first 3 months of 2019 around the time of publishing the 2018 audited annual consolidated and standalone financial statements and not by June 21, 2019, as previously anticipated.
Therefore, the Company informs that the financial results for 2019 are scheduled for release on the following dates:
• First 3 months unaudited consolidated financial information (ending March 31) - around the time of publishing the 2018 audited annual consolidated and standalone financial statements;
• 6-month unaudited consolidated financial statement (ending June 30) - on August 30, 2019;
• 9-month unaudited consolidated financial information (ending September 30) - on November 29, 2019.
