In Agra, woman puts chilli powder on minor boys’ private parts

AGRA: Aligarh police on Sunday arrested a 55-year-old woman for allegedly torturing four minor boys in Khair area by putting chilli powder on their private parts.
According to police, the incident occurred around 3:30 pm, when the four minor victims, all aged between six and eight, were playing outside their house with the accused’s granddaughter, who’s the same age.
The accused, Munni Devi, who suspected the boys were sexually abusing the girl, forcibly took the boys inside her house and put chilli in their private parts.
When the neighbours heard the children’s cries for help, they immediately informed the police and rescued the kids.
All the victims were sent for medical examination, where doctors confirmed injuries on their private parts.
The victims later told reporters that they had no clue why the elderly woman put chilli on their private parts.
Khair circle officer Sanjeev Dixit told TOI that a case has been registered under sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 342 (wrongful confinement) of IPC and section 3/4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
