The Huawei P30 Pro (review) seems to be getting new RAM variants soon. The handset has popped up on Chinese certification authority TENAA with unannounced 6GB and 12GB RAM options. Notably, the TENAA listing shows the handset with model number VOG-AL00m, which, if you recall, belongs to the Huawei P30 Pro. The phone was initially launched in 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 8GB + 512GB options. In India, only 8GB RAM + 256GB variant is available at Rs 71,990. As of now however, there is no update as to when these new RAM variants will be launched.

To jog down your memory, the Huawei P30 Pro ships with Android 9 Pie-based EMUI 9.0 out of the box. The handset boasts quad-camera setup on the back, which bears 40-megapixel resolution and f/1.2 aperture lens, a 20-megapixel f/2.2 ultra-wide angle lens, an 8-megapixel telephoto lens, and a Time-of-Flight (ToF) lens for depth-of-field effect. For selfies, it relies on a 32MP shooter which resides on the dewdrop notch atop the display. The cameras come with a slew of features such as AI mode, OIS, and 5x optical zoom and up to 50X hybrid zoom.
The Huawei P30 Pro sports a 6.47-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with full HD+ resolution and an in-display fingerprint scanner. At its core lies the HiSilicon Kirin 980 chipset. Apart from this, the phone employs a 4,200mAh battery with 40W SuperCharge fast-charging tech, 15W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging feature. The P30 Pro is IP68 certified for resistance against dust and water; supports up to 256GB of microSD card; and supports WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, dual SIM card slots, Infrared, and NFC as connectivity options.
