Even parties without president should attend all-party meet: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that even those parties "without president" should send their representatives to the twin meetings. While his clarification was viewed by some as a dig at the Congress affairs after Rahul Gandhi's decision to quit as AICC chief, others felt it was to make it clear that outfits like CPI and CPM, which do not have the president post, were also invited.
Meanwhile, ahead of the Parliament session starting Monday, confusion prevailed in Congress over Rahul's decision to quit.
