The Centralised Admission Committee (Centac) has published the provisional allotment list for lateral entry admission to diploma courses in polytechnic colleges for residents of the Union Territory.
Candidates can download the allotment order from the website www.centacpuducherry.in using their login credentials and join the respective colleges allotted to them from Monday.
The admission process will be open till 5 p.m. on June 20.
Candidates can refer the information brochure for fee details.
There are 809 seats available for lateral entry admission to diploma courses in polytechnics. Of these, 276 seats have been allotted.
The break-up of seats available and allotted in various colleges is as follows:
Motilal Nehru Govt. Polytechnic College, Puducherry 192 and 145; Women’s Polytechnic College, Puducherry 107 and 24; Karaikal Polytechnic College, Karaikal 294 and 86; Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Polytechnic College, Yanam 36 and nil; Indira Gandhi Polytechnic College, Mahe 56 and 16; Women’s Polytechnic College, Karaikal 124 and 5.
The other State candidates will be considered after the seats are allotted to all the candidates from the Union Territory of Puducherry.
