Celebrity gym F45 has announced a new training program specifically aimed at high school students.
F45 Training at Artarmom, in Sydney, hosted parents and teenagers, along with former Olympian Matt Shirvington and shadow health minister Chris Bowen at an open day on Sunday.
The new program, called Prodigy, is for kids between 11 and 17 years of age.

Hollywood actor Mark Wahlberg was so impressed by the concept he bought a minority stake in the company after visiting a studio in Los Angeles.
