JIND: For the fifth time in a row, the Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University (CRSU) will conduct Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) entrance exams in the state, said Vice Chancellor (VC) of the university on Thursday.
Talking to media persons, VC R B Solanki, said that CRSU was founded in 2014 and since then it has been conducting entrance exams without any failure.
“Apart from it, the university will conduct admissions for four-year B.Ed integrated course and specials education course. Even a single complaint pertaining to B.Ed admissions was not reported in CM Window or to the state government, therefore the government relied on us and gave this major responsibility again," Solanki added.
All credit goes to university staff’s dedication and the environment they have provided to students for the last five years, he said, adding that CRSU has been providing a fair and transparent system in entrance examinations.
"CRSU will conduct the process for admission till July of this year and around 55,000 seats will be filled across the state,” the VC stated. A letter of intimation regarding the admissions have been sent to all universities of the state and CRSU has also received the same from the additional chief secretary (ACS), education, he added.

Apart from this, he said that CRSU’s two students would participate in world-level entrepreneurship training programme to be held in China from July 1 to July 21. There they would get a chance to learn about the best practices in different countries in the world.
It is a matter of pride for the university as only 20 students have been selected from all over the country for the programme and two of them -- Vijender Singh and Ravinder Singh, both MBA students -- are from this university.
