In one of its largest-ever discounted ticket schemes, budget carrier IndiGo has put one million seats up for grabs with fares starting at ₹999 across its domestic network. Today is the last day of booking under IndiGo's summer sale. Under the discount offer, IndiGo is also offering tickets from ₹3,499 on overseas routes, the airline mentioned on its website. The sale is valid for travel between 26 June and 28 September, IndiGo said on its website. The airline is selling nearly 10 lakh tickets under this offer.
IndiGo said that there is a limited inventory under the offer and therefore discounts are subject to availability of seats.
Under this offer, IndiGo is offering Delhi-Ahmedabad flight tickets starting from ₹1,799, Delhi-Bengaluru ₹3,299, Delhi-Chandigarh ₹1,299, Delhi-Jaipur ₹1,499 , Jaipur-Delhi ₹1,799, Goa-Hyderabad ₹1,499, Hyderabad-Bengaluru ₹1,899 and Delhi-Dehradun ₹1,999.
Internationally, the routes include Delhi-Abu Dhabi ₹6,799, Bengaluru-Bangkok ₹6,899, Kolkata- Bangkok ₹5099, Hyderabad-Dubai ₹8,999, Delhi-Dubai ₹7,799 and Delhi-Kuala Lumpur ₹6,599.
IndiGo is also offering an additional cashback of 20% or up to ₹2,000 if the payment for the ticket is done using IndusInd Bank debit or credit cards. The minimum transaction value to avail this cashback is ₹4,000.
Meanwhile, if you pay using ICICI Bank credit or debit card, you will get 5% or up to ₹1,000 as cashback. The minimum transaction amount should be ₹6,000. Customers using Mobikwik wallet to pay for tickets will get 15% or up to ₹800 cashback.
Announcing its entry into the Chinese market, IndiGo on Wednesday said it will start its daily non-stop flight on the Delhi-Chengdu route from September 15 onwards. On June 10, IndiGo announced the introduction of daily non-stop flights on the Kolkata-Hong Kong route from August 20.
