An elderly man has admitted to groping himself in his underwear in front of his female neighbour.
Vincenzo Boinda, 79, appeared at Caloundra Magistrates Court in Queensland on Wednesday where he pleaded guilty to a public nuisance offence.
The court heard his 67-year-old neighbour found him out on the verandah on May 23, in a t-shirt and underwear after he had wet himself, the Sunshine Coast Daily reported.
Boinda then turned to the woman while lifting his shirt up and grabbing his genitals and asked: 'Are you ready for it?'

Police prosecutor Amanda Brewer said the woman was left 'shocked' and did not know how to react and proceeded to walk out.
She reported the incident to police claiming she felt uncomfortable living next to the man.
When he was questioned by police, Ms Brewer told the court he said the woman is 'mental and doesn't know what she's talking about, that he was just being friendly'.
'He tells me he meant no malice by the comment but he has difficulty really remembering what it was that he did actually say', Boinda's duty lawyer Donna Hanslow-Hastie said.
She also argued that the pensioner had not received any other complaints after living in the complex for 27 years.
Boinda was let off with a $300 fine.
