A poster designing competition with over 1,000 participants in junior and senior categories was held at VIP’s International School, Tolichowki, and across its seven branches on Wednesday.
The topics were announced on the spot with assistant professor of Jawaharlal Nehru Fine Arts University, Mallesham judged the top three paintings from each category.
Saniya Mehwish, Syeda Ayesha and Faizan Mustafa Khan bagged top three prizes in junior category while Enjeela Fatima, Shaik Shaad Ibrahim and Hafsa Ansari won the top honours among seniors from Tolichowki.
At Mehdipatnam branch, Faraaz Muhammed, Sreenidhi and Syed Amaan Hussain won among seniors, in that order, while in junior category, the winners were Aleena Mubeen, Sobia Raja and Lubna Waheed. In Vijayanagar Colony branch, Husna, Ammar Asim and Mudiha Mannan notched top prizes among juniors and Barha Begum, Ramsham Imtiyaz and Syed Ahmed in senior category.
Prizes were given away by school MD Mujtaba Khan and Mr. Mallesham.
