16 pictures that show how June floods rocked Flintshire, Wrexham and Denbighshire
But the downpours have not dampened everyone's spirits

As torrential rain battered North Wales, there was one man who failed to let it dampen his spirits.
John Jennings from Burton whipped off his coat, shoes and socks and enjoyed a pint in a beer garden...knee deep in the River Alyn in Wrexham.
The torrential downpours saw trains cancelled, roads in Flintshire, Wrexham and Denbighshire closed and dozens of residents saw their homes submerged as councils battled to hand out sandbags.
The areas worst hit by the deluge were Wrexham, Mancot, Sandycroft, Dyserth, Rhyl and Llangollen.
Loggerheads Country Park was also closed due to rising flood levels and Sandycroft CP school was shut.

Some flood alerts are currently in place in Bangor on Dee, Clwyd and catchment areas around the River Clwyd from Clocaenog to Rhuddlan, Mold, Pontblyddyn, Rosset, Rhyd-y-goleu and Alyn.
Further heavy rain is also expected tomorrow.
