Teen drowns in Kumaradhara river, near Shantimogaru in Kadaba taluk

MANGALURU: A 16-year-old drowned in Kumaradhara river, near Shantimogaru in Kadaba taluk, here on Wednesday.
Mohammed Aswan, a resident of Savanoor, and six others had gone swimming when the incident took place. He drowned accidentally, said police. His body was retrived with the help of swimmers and fire fighters.
A case has been registered at Kadaba police station.
