He's in the moo-d! Farmer has beef with neighbours after her noisy bull disturbs the peace because he misses his 'girlfriend' Betsy
- Woman shocked when she got a letter from council saying her cow was too loud
- Georgie Grant's Queensland home is eight-acres and filled with multiple animals
- Neighbours say Dexter the bull have been disturbing them for three months
- Ms Grant said she laughed when she got the letter, then realised it was serious
A farmer was left in disbelief when she received a letter from the council saying her heartbroken bull was mooing too loudly.
Georgie Grant's home in Bonogin on Queensland's Gold Coast is full of ducks, turkeys, roosters, chickens, peacocks, horses, goats, sheep, cattle and a pig.
However, neighbours of Dexter the bull say they've been disturbed by his loud noises for the past three months.

Talking to Channel Nine's A Current Affair, Ms Grant says she was baffled by the complaint when she first received it in the mail.
'I laughed, because I thought it was a joke, I thought it was some sort of prank. And then I re-read it, then I checked the headline and it was all from the Gold Coast, all legit, so I thought to myself 'oh my God - this is serious',' Ms Grant said.
While initially she thought the noise complaint may have come from the twelve roosters on her property, she was devastated to find it was actually from Dexter.
The noise complaint from the Gold Coast Council detailed the three-month long noise nuisance over the cattle mooing too much.
'To me it's just so ridiculous and it's so funny,' Ms Grant said.
She explained there was a simple explanation for the loud noises - Dexter was heartbroken after he was separated from his true love, Betsy.
'He's been mooing to her complaining he can't get to her,' Ms Grant explained.
Despite the notice saying there would be no action taken at this stage, Ms Grant took to Facebook, attracting hundreds of comments and shares.

'I am on acreage at the back of Bonogin. Eight acres,' she wrote on Facebook.
'How do you stop a cow from mooing? Any tips would be appreciated.'
Ms Grant and Dexter live eight acres away from neighbouring properties which can't be seen from the yards and has spoken to neighbours but doesn't know who made the complaint.
Gold Coast City Councillor Glen Tozer said the council hopes the neighbours will settle their beef in order to prevent a full investigation.
'That a person's made a complaint in the Hinterland area about a cow is a little bit silly,' he told 7NEWS.
