22-year-old found dead in Sec 84 slum

Gurgaon: A 22-year-old woman was found dead near her shanty in a Sector 84 slum near Kherki Daula on Sunday. An FIR has been registered against a male friend of the woman, who is missing.
Police said the woman, Rinki, was living with her friend Rahul in the slum near a construction site. They worked together as daily wagers.
According to the complaint filed by contractor Rajesh Kumar, he spotted Rinki’s bloodied body near the shanty she lived in on Sunday morning. He informed police, and a team soon arrived and took the body in custody. “Rinki came to Gurgaon in January with Rahul. They were living in the same shanty and worked together as labourers. I was headed to the construction site where I work on Sunday morning when I spotted Rinki lying in a pool of blood in some bushes near their shanty. I didn’t see Rahul anywhere and called police. Her phone was also missing,” Rajesh told police. An FIR was registered against Rahul under Section 302 (murder) of IPC at Kherki Daula police station on Sunday evening.
Police said it seemed to be a pre-planned murder by Rahul. “The mobile phone of the victim was missing and we didn’t find any documents in the shanty to identify her. Her male friend is also missing. We are conducting raids to nab Rahul,” said ACP (Manesar) Rajender Kumar Dalal.
