Two electrocuted at Pettah

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Two persons were electrocuted to death at Pettah after coming in contact with a broken power cable.
Radhakrishnan Asari (72), a resident of Pulli Lane at Pettah, and Prasannakumri (65), a resident of Kavadi lane, were identified as the deceased.
"The area was clogged with rain water and a power cable had broken down in the area. Radhakrishnan and Prasannakumari, who passed through the area, came in contact with the broken power cable and got electrocuted,” said a police officer from Pettah police station.
