It’s difficult to capture the imagination of the pickup truck community with an all-electric vehicle, but Rivian appears to have done just that with the R1T.

There has been a lot of buzz around Rivian since the company premiered its R1T pickup and R1S SUV late last year. The company recently secured a $700 million round of financing led by Amazon and is in the midst of developing a series of innovative features for the R1T before bringing it to the production line.

One thing we’re pretty sure the company isn’t developing is a six-wheeled R1T, but that’s exactly what these renderings depict. They were created by a user at the Rivian Owners Forum and show the R1T with a six-wheeled design similar to the insane Hennessey-tuned Ford F-150 Raptors out there. The enlarged Rivian also happens to look just as good, if not better, than the Ford.

Beyond the inclusion of an additional axle and two extra wheels, you’ll undoubtedly notice the fictional truck it also includes a custom brush bar at the front, LED lights on the roof, flared front and rear wheel arches, and new off-road wheels and tires. The added size of the vehicle could also allow Rivian to fit a secondary battery pack for extra range and, why not, horsepower.

Three different R1T models are in the works. The entry-level model will use a 105 kWh battery with a range of 230 miles (370 km) and mated to electric motors delivering 402 hp and 413 lb-ft (560 Nm) of torque. Next in the range will be a 754 hp and 826 lb-ft (1120 Nm) version with a 135 kWh battery and a range exceeding 300 miles (483 km). Sitting at the top of the range will be a 700 hp and 826 lb-ft (1120 Nm) variant with a 180 kWh battery allowing for a range of more than 400 miles (644 km).
