Two students of MBD Group coaching centre, Modern Institute have cleared NEET examination. Modern Institute coaching centre started its operations in the city on, 10 th March 2018.

Sandeep Kumar a 19 years old Son of carpenter from, Jalandhar cleared National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) this year. The 41-year- old carpenter Roshan lal is the resident of Raipur Kalan Village of Jalandhar, His son, Sandeep Kumar have been preparing for this exams for the last one year in Modern Institute, Jalandhar. He used to commute around 30 kms daily through public transport to coaching institute.

Dildeep Singh Another student of Modern Institute, 19 years Dildeeep Singh resident of Bhikhowal village in Hoshiarpur district and Son of government school Senior Laboratory Assistant , student of Modern Institute, Jalandhar have scored category rank of 6100 in NEET exam. Proud father Lukhiwnder Singh said now we waiting for counseling to be started so they can secure MBBD seat for their son. Dipldeep Singh said his role models are his two elder sisters one has done B .Tech engineering another is pursuing MVSC(pathology).
