  • Kym Abrook chased a burglar down an Adelaide street armed with a didgeridoo
  • He appeared in a commercial for a fruit market enacting the same actions
  • Mr Abrook along with the owner John Kapiris appear to be having a great time

A man who chased a home invader with a didgeridoo while shirtless has appeared in a hilarious commercial for a fruit market.

Kym Abrook became a viral sensation after he was woken up at 4am on Monday to the sound of a burglar inside his Adelaide home.

The thief took off with $500 but he was closely followed by Mr Abrook, who grabbed the didgeridoo and chased him into the chilly 6C night while calling neighbours for help.

On Friday, Mr Abrook appeared in a commercial for St Bernards Fruit and Veg Market where he was seen running towards John Kapiris, the shop owner, with a didgeridoo.

Mr Abrook appears shirtless and carrying his trademark didgeridoo.

'I've come down here to smash some prices,' he says.

'Well if you want to smash my prices down, get your a** inside my shop,' Mr Kapiris tells him.

Mr Kapiris is then asking Mr Abrook if he could go 'any cheaper' on certain fruits and vegetables.

The pair are clearly having a great time as they appear laughing during the commercial.

The commercial did not see Mr Abrook get paid, rather it was an agreement with Mr Kapiris, Yahoo News reported.
