Karnataka CM to induct three new ministers into his Cabinet on June 12

Karnataka chief minister H D Kumaraswamy
BENGALURU: After two weeks of dilly dallying, time has come for expansion of the chief minister H D Kumaraswamy’s a year-old Cabinet. The expansion will take place on June 12 at 11.30am at Raj Bhavan.
Kumaraswamy after meeting Governor Vaju Bhai Vala on Saturday announced the date through a tweet.

Three MLAs, including two independents R Shankar and H Nagesh are likely to be inducted into the cabinet. However, there is no decision yet on who would take oath as minister from Congress.
The competition is between party’s senior leader Ramalinga Reddy and Hirekerur MLA B C Patil, while Reddy is likely to have the last laugh considering his clout in Bengaluru city, which has 28 assembly segments.
