PUNE: Maharashtra registered a pass percentage of 77.10 in the secondary school certificate (SSC, class X) board examinations this year.
The results seen a massive dip in pass percentage over last year with 12.31 decline. The Maharashtra class 10 results 2019 were released on Saturday, June 8, by the Maharashtra state board of secondary and higher secondary education. Students can visit the official website of the board to check their results online.

State board chairman Shakuntala Kale announced the results at a news conference at the board headquarters in Pune on Saturday morning.
Over 17 lakh students from Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Konkan, Latur, Amravati, Nashik and Aurangabad divisions in the state.
Konkan district recorded the highest pass percentage while Nagpur has the lowest pass percentage.
Maharashtra SSC pass percentage 2019
This year, a total of 1,794 schools registered 100% results. Out of the 20 students who scored 100 per cent result this year, 16 were from Latur, 3 from Aurangabad and one student from Amravati district. Total 28,516 students have scored above 90%.
This year's result is lowest 2006 when it was 72.72 overall pass percentage.
